طراحی بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل قدرت خودکنترلی بامیستر و اثربخشی آن بر کاهش رفتارهای خودشکن تحصیلی دانشآموزان

این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل قدرت خودکنترلی بامیستر در کاهش رفتارهای خودشکن تحصیلی دانشآموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. نمونه شامل 46 دانشآموز دختر از دو مدرسه شیراز در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۴–۱۴۰۵ بود که بهصورت تصادفی به گروه آزمایش (23 نفر) و کنترل (23 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل قدرت خودکنترلی بامیستر را دریافت کرد و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای نداشت. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه رفتارهای خودشکن تحصیلی و پرسشنامه خودکنترلی بود و دادهها با تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و آزمون تی همبسته در SPSS-27 تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که پسآزمون رفتارهای خودشکن تحصیلی گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل بهطور معناداری کاهش یافت. مؤلفههای اهمالکاری/خودناتوانسازی، ناتوانی در جهتگیری هدف/عملکرد و ارزیابی نامعتبر از خود بهطور معناداری کاهش یافت و میزان خودکنترلی دانشآموزان گروه آزمایش پس از مداخله آموزشی بهطور معناداری افزایش یافت. بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل قدرت خودکنترلی بامیستر در کاهش رفتارهای خودشکن تحصیلی و افزایش خودکنترلی دانشآموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه اثربخشی قابل توجهی دارد و میتواند به عنوان یک روش آموزشی مؤثر در محیطهای آموزشی بهکار گرفته شود.
