اعتبارسنجی الگوی مدیریت سلامت اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی

سلامت اعضای هیئت علمی بهعنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی نظام آموزش عالی، نقش تعیینکنندهای در کیفیت تدریس، بهرهوری پژوهشی و پایداری سازمانی دارد. با وجود گستردگی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، الگوی بومی و اعتبارسنجیشدهای برای مدیریت سلامت اعضای هیئت علمی وجود نداشت. این پژوهش با هدف اعتبارسنجی الگوی جامع مدیریت سلامت اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان البرز انجام شد. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی با رویکرد کمی و روش پیمایشی بود. ۱۱۰ نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی به روش تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محققساخته بود. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS-SEM) در نرمافزار SmartPLS انجام شد. پنج بُعد اصلی شامل سلامت چندوجهی، زیرساختی-منابع، برنامهمحوری، ارزیابی و کیفیت و مشارکتی-تعاملی اعتبارسنجی شدند. بُعد زیرساختها بیشترین شکاف را با وضعیت مطلوب (1.48) داشت. قویترین ضریب مسیر مربوط به مشارکت و تعامل (β=0.352) بود. شاخصهای برازش مدل (R²=0.569، SRMR=0.048، GoF=0.559) نشاندهنده برازش مطلوب الگو بودند. الگوی پیشنهادی چارچوبی یکپارچه و اعتبارسنجیشده برای مدیریت سلامت اعضای هیئت علمی ارائه داد که میتواند مبنای سیاستگذاری و بهبود سلامت پایدار در دانشگاههای کشور قرار گیرد.
