بررسی نقش تابآوری و کمالگرایی در پیشبینی فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانشجویان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تابآوری و کمالگرایی در پیشبینی فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانشجویان دختر دانشگاههای دولتی شهر تهران انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دختر شاغل به تحصیل در مقاطع کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری دانشگاههای دولتی شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۴-۱۴۰۵ بود که از میان آنان ۴۵۰ نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه فرسودگی تحصیلی مسلش، پرسشنامه کمالگرایی هیل و مقیاس تابآوری کانر و دیویدسون استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل واریانس مدل رگرسیونی نشان داد که مدل پیشبینی فرسودگی تحصیلی بر اساس تابآوری و کمالگرایی معنادار است (F=222.269, p=0.001). همچنین مقدار مجموع مجذورات رگرسیون و کل نشان داد که این دو متغیر در مجموع حدود ۴۹/۹ درصد از واریانس فرسودگی تحصیلی را تبیین میکنند. نتایج ضرایب رگرسیون نشان داد که تابآوری پیشبین منفی و معنادار فرسودگی تحصیلی است (B=-0.317, β=-0.569, t=-12.396, p=0.001)، در حالی که کمالگرایی پیشبین مثبت و معنادار فرسودگی تحصیلی بود (B=0.104, β=0.182, t=3.968, p=0.001). همچنین شاخصهای همخطی نشان دادند که مفروضه عدم همخطی چندگانه رعایت شده است. یافتهها نشان دادند که تابآوری و کمالگرایی نقش معناداری در پیشبینی فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دارند. بر این اساس، کمالگرایی میتواند به عنوان عامل خطر در افزایش فرسودگی تحصیلی عمل کند، در حالی که تابآوری نقش محافظتی داشته و با کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی همراه است. بنابراین، طراحی مداخلات آموزشی و روانشناختی با هدف تقویت تابآوری و تعدیل ابعاد ناسازگارانه کمالگرایی میتواند در کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان مؤثر باشد.
