اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان شناختی مبتنی بر مدرسه بر اهمالکاری تحصیلی، درگیری تحصیلی و تابآوری تحصیلی دانشآموزان متوسطه اول

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان شناختی مبتنی بر مدرسه بر اهمالکاری تحصیلی، درگیری تحصیلی و تابآوری تحصیلی دانشآموزان دوره متوسطه اول بود. این پژوهش با روش نیمهآزمایشی و طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل دانشآموزان متوسطه اول بود که از میان آنان 72 نفر به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب و به طور مساوی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش طی هشت جلسه 60 دقیقهای آموزش تنظیم هیجان شناختی مبتنی بر مدرسه را دریافت کرد و گروه کنترل تنها از خدمات معمول آموزشی مدرسه بهرهمند شد. دادهها با استفاده از مقیاس اهمالکاری تحصیلی تاکمن، مقیاس درگیری تحصیلی و مقیاس تابآوری تحصیلی گردآوری و با تحلیل واریانس آمیخته با اندازهگیری مکرر تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل واریانس آمیخته نشان داد اثر تعاملی زمان و گروه برای اهمالکاری تحصیلی معنادار بود (F(2,140)=49.83, p<0.001, η²=0.416). همچنین اثر تعاملی زمان و گروه برای درگیری تحصیلی (F(2,140)=42.67, p<0.001, η²=0.379) و تابآوری تحصیلی (F(2,140)=56.21, p<0.001, η²=0.445) نیز معنادار بود. مقایسههای بونفرونی نشان داد دانشآموزان گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کاهش معناداری در اهمالکاری تحصیلی و افزایش معناداری در درگیری تحصیلی و تابآوری تحصیلی در مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری نشان دادند. اندازه اثرهای بینگروهی نیز بزرگ و معنادار گزارش شد. آموزش تنظیم هیجان شناختی مبتنی بر مدرسه مداخلهای مؤثر برای کاهش اهمالکاری تحصیلی و ارتقای درگیری تحصیلی و تابآوری تحصیلی دانشآموزان متوسطه اول است. پایداری نتایج در مرحله پیگیری نشان میدهد که این آموزش میتواند به عنوان بخشی از خدمات مشاورهای و حمایتی مدارس برای بهبود سازگاری تحصیلی و روانشناختی دانشآموزان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
