اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی بسته آرام بر انگیزش و درگیری تحصیلی در دانشآموزان دارای اختلال یادگیری خاص

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی بسته آرام بر انگیزش تحصیلی و درگیری تحصیلی دانشآموزان دارای اختلال یادگیری خاص انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون–پسآزمون، گروه کنترل و دوره پیگیری سهماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشآموزان دوره ابتدایی دارای اختلال یادگیری خاص شاغل به تحصیل در مدارس ابتدایی ناحیه ۴ شهر قم در سال تحصیلی 2025–2026 بود. از میان آنان، 30 دانشآموز به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، هر یک شامل 15 نفر، گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش طی پنج هفته، 10 جلسه 60 دقیقهای توانبخشی شناختی بسته آرام را با تواتر دو جلسه در هفته دریافت کرد، در حالی که گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. دادهها با استفاده از مقیاس انگیزش تحصیلی هارتر و پرسشنامه درگیری تحصیلی ریو در سه مرحله گردآوری و با تحلیل واریانس اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 26 تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیلهای استنباطی نشان داد اثر تعاملی زمان و گروه برای انگیزش درونی (F=6.88, p<.001, η²=.247)، انگیزش بیرونی (F=9.08, p<.001, η²=.302)، درگیری رفتاری (p<.001, η²=.460)، درگیری عاملی (F=31.03, p<.001, η²=.596)، درگیری شناختی (F=3.79, p=.02, η²=.153) و درگیری عاطفی (F=43.00, p<.001, η²=.672) معنادار بود. آزمون بونفرونی نیز تفاوتهای معناداری را در مراحل اندازهگیری تأیید کرد و بهطور کلی نشان داد بهبودهای حاصل از مداخله تا مرحله پیگیری تداوم داشته است. توانبخشی شناختی بسته آرام میتواند بهعنوان مداخلهای مؤثر برای ارتقای انگیزش تحصیلی و ابعاد مختلف درگیری تحصیلی دانشآموزان دارای اختلال یادگیری خاص مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و آثار آن تا دوره پیگیری نیز تداوم یابد.
