Analysis of Behavioral Patterns Influencing Personal Crisis Management in Work Environments

The objective of this study is to analyze the behavioral patterns influencing personal crisis management in work environments. This qualitative study used semi-structured interviews to collect data from 25 employees working in various workplaces in Tehran. Purposive sampling was employed, and data collection continued until theoretical saturation was reached. The data were analyzed using Nvivo software through thematic analysis. The study identified three main themes: behavioral patterns in personal crisis management, the impact of the work environment on crisis management, and individual factors influencing crisis management. Subthemes included stress management skills, strategic decision-making, adaptability and flexibility, organizational support, positive organizational culture, positive personality traits, and the use of past experiences. Positive beliefs and attitudes were also identified as factors that help reduce the impact of crises. The study reveals that stress management, strategic decision-making, and positive personality traits are key factors that effectively influence personal crisis management in work environments. Additionally, organizational support and a positive organizational culture are recognized as critical factors in improving crisis management.
