پیشبینی رضایت زناشویی براساس سبکهای دلبستگی و احساس تنهایی با میانجیگری تنظیم شناختی هیجان در زنان

هدف پژوهش حاضر پیشبینی رضایت زناشویی بر اساس سبکهای دلبستگی و احساس تنهایی با میانجیگری تنظیم شناختی هیجان در زنان متأهل بود. این پژوهش به لحاظ نوع هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمام زنان متأهل دانشگاه آزاد کرج در بهار سال 1403 تشکیل میدادند که از میان آنها تعداد 270 نفر به روش نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس رضایت زناشویی اینریچ (فوئرز و اولسون، 1993)؛ مقیاس تنهایی دانشگاه کالیفرنیا (راشل، 1996)؛ مقیاس دلبستگی بزرگسالان (کولینز و رید، 1990)؛ پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان (گارنفسکی و همکاران، 2001) بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد رضایت زناشویی بر اساس سبکهای دلبستگی ایمن (001/0=P، 37/3=Z)، اجتنابی (001/0=P، 12/3-=Z) و اضطرابی (001/0=P، 63/3-=Z) با میانجیگری راهبردهای سازگارانه تنظیم شناختی هیجان در زنان متأهل پیشبینی میشود. رضایت زناشویی بر اساس سبکهای دلبستگی ایمن (017/0=P، 37/2=Z)، اجتنابی (028/0=P، 19/2-=Z) و اضطرابی (017/0=P، 36/2-=Z) با میانجیگری راهبردهای ناسازگارانه تنظیم شناختی هیجان در زنان متأهل پیشبینی میشود. رضایت زناشویی بر اساس احساس تنهایی با میانجیگری راهبردهای سازگارانه (020/0=P، 31/2-=Z) و ناسازگارانه (017/0=P، 36/2-=Z) تنظیم شناختی هیجان در زنان متأهل پیشبینی میشود.
