مدل ساختاری پیش بینی افکار خودکشی در نوجوانان براساس سازوکارهای دفاعی با نقش میانجیگر دشواریهای هیجانی و بین فردی

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین مدل ساختاری پیش بینی افکار خودکشی در نوجوانان براساس سازوکارهای دفاعی با نقش میانجیگر دشواری¬های هیجانی و بین فردی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمام نوجوانان شهر تهران در نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 تشکیل می¬دادند که از میان آنها تعداد 443 نفر به روش نمونه¬گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سازوکارهای دفاعی-40 اندروز، سینگ و بوند (1993)؛ پرسشنامه دشواری در تنظیم هیجان گراتز و روئمر (2004)؛ مقیاس دشواری¬های بین¬فردی-47 پیلکونیس، کیم، پرویتی و بارخام (1996) و مقیاس شناختهای خودکشی رود و همکاران (2010) بود. برای تحلیل داده¬ها از روش الگویابی معادله¬های ساختاری استفاده شد. در پژوهش حاضر ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین سازوکارهای پخته و افکار خودکشی (339/0-=β و 01/0=P) و سازوکارهای ناپخته و افکار خودکشی (255/0=β و 01/0=P) در سطح 01/0 معنادار بود. بنابراین، افکار خودکشی در نوجوانان را میتوان بر اساس سازوکارهای دفاعی با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی دشواریهای هیجانی و بینفردی پیشبینی نمود.
