تدوین مدل شناختی-هیجانی نشخوار فکری برای بیماران سایکوسماتیک مورد مطالعه:کارکنان بانک ملی

هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین و اعتبارسنجی یک مدل شناختی-هیجانی برای پیشبینی نشخوار فکری در بیماران سایکوسماتیک با تمرکز بر کارکنان بانک ملی است. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی-همبستگی و با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل ۲۷۸۹ نفر از کارکنان بانک ملی شیراز در سال ۱۳۹۹ بود. نمونهای ۳۰۰ نفره به روش خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شد. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه نشانههای سایکوسماتیک نیجنهویس، مقیاس نشخوار فکری نولن-هوکسما، پرسشنامه طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه یانگ، پرسشنامه شیوههای حل تعارض رحیم، پرسشنامه خطاهای شناختی میگونی و پرسشنامه اجتناب تجربی بوند بود. دادهها با استفاده از روش حداکثر احتمال در مدل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که خطاهای شناختی و شیوههای ناکارآمد حل تعارض رابطه معناداری با نشخوار فکری دارند. همچنین نقش میانجی طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه و اجتناب تجربی در این روابط تأیید شد. شاخصهای برازش (CFI=0.912، RMSEA=0.058، χ²/df=2.88) نشان دادند که مدل پیشنهادی برازش مطلوبی با دادهها دارد. اثرات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم مؤلفههای خطاهای شناختی و راهبردهای ناکارآمد حل تعارض بر نشخوار فکری در سطح معناداری 0.001p< تأیید شد. این مدل نشان میدهد که نشخوار فکری در بیماران سایکوسماتیک نتیجه تعامل پیچیده میان خطاهای شناختی، شیوههای ناکارآمد حل تعارض، طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه و اجتناب تجربی است. یافتهها میتوانند در طراحی مداخلات روانشناختی برای کاهش نشخوار فکری و ارتقاء سلامت روانی و جسمی کارکنان در محیطهای کاری پراسترس بهکار روند.
