مدلیابی انگیزش تحصیلی براساس امید تحصیلی، اعتمادبهنفس تحصیلی و سرسختی تحصیلی با میانجیگری خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در دانشآموزان دوره دوم متوسطه شهر شیراز

هدف پژوهش بررسی مدل انگیزش تحصیلی براساس امید تحصیلی، اعتمادبهنفس تحصیلی و سرسختی تحصیلی با نقش میانجیگری خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در دانشآموزان دوره دوم متوسطه شهر شیراز بود. پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و با روش توصیفی–همبستگی از نوع مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشآموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر شیراز در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۲–۱۴۰۳ (N=45,215) بود که بر اساس نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای، ۳۸۴ نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای انگیزش تحصیلی والرند و همکاران (1992)، امید تحصیلی سیمپسون (1999)، اعتمادبهنفس تحصیلی شراگر و اسکوهن (1995)، سرسختی تحصیلی بنشیک و همکاران (2005) و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی جینک و مورگان (1999) بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار AMOS و تحلیل مسیر بررسی شدند. نتایج مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد امید تحصیلی، اعتمادبهنفس تحصیلی و سرسختی تحصیلی دارای اثر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم معنادار بر انگیزش تحصیلی هستند (p<0.01). همچنین خودکارآمدی تحصیلی اثر مستقیم معناداری بر انگیزش تحصیلی داشت (p<0.01). مدل نهایی از برازش مطلوب برخوردار بود (CFI=0.96، RMSEA=0.001). در مجموع، متغیرهای پیشبین توانستند 58.1٪ واریانس انگیزش تحصیلی را تبیین کنند و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی 43.2٪ از تغییرات انگیزش تحصیلی را توضیح داد. یافتهها نشان میدهد که امید تحصیلی، اعتمادبهنفس تحصیلی و سرسختی تحصیلی از طریق تقویت خودکارآمدی تحصیلی میتوانند انگیزش تحصیلی دانشآموزان را ارتقا دهند؛ بنابراین ایجاد برنامههای آموزشی تقویتکننده این متغیرها میتواند نقش مؤثری در افزایش انگیزش تحصیلی داشته باشد.
