بررسی اثربخشی تمرینات تعادلی بر اضطراب، افسردگی و کیفیت زندگی در سالمندان مبتلا به پارکینسون

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر 12 هفته تمرینات تعادلی بر اضطراب، افسردگی، کیفیت زندگی و تعادل در سالمندان مبتلا به پارکینسون بود. پژوهش از نوع نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون و دو گروه تجربی و کنترل انجام شد. گروه تجربی در کنار درمان دارویی، تمرینات تعادلی را به مدت 12 هفته، سه جلسه در هفته انجام دادند. دادهها با استفاده از مقیاس تعادلی برگ، سیاهه افسردگی بک و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی بیماران پارکینسون جمعآوری شد. نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات تعادلی تأثیر معناداری بر کاهش افسردگی، بهبود کیفیت زندگی و تعادل بیماران داشت. میانگین نمرات افسردگی در گروه تجربی کاهش یافت و کیفیت زندگی از افزایش پیدا کرد. همچنین، تعادل بیماران گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل بهبود یافت. این پژوهش نشان میدهد که تمرینات تعادلی میتوانند بهعنوان یک مداخله مؤثر در مدیریت پارکینسون به کاهش علائم فیزیکی و روانی کمک کرده و کیفیت زندگی بیماران را ارتقا دهند.
