نقش خنده درمانی بر کاهش علائم افسردگی و رفتارهای خشونت آمیز زنان سرپرست خانوار

با بررسی نقش خنده درمانی به عنوان یک مداخله غیردارویی بر کاهش علائم افسردگی و رفتارهای خشونت آمیز در زنان سرپرست خانوار، این پژوهش درصدد ارائه شواهد و دلایل علمی برای کاربرد روش خنده درمانی در افزایش میزان سلامت روان این گروه آسیب پذیر در اجتماع می باشد. لذا برای دستیابی به این مهم، پژوهش حاضر به شیوه نيمه آزمایشي از نوع پيش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه كنترل و با جامعه آماری، تمامی زنان سرپرست خانوار که در سال 1402 به بهزیستی استان البرز مراجع کردند، صورت گرفت. برای نمونه آماری، از روش نمونه گیری غیرتصادفی از نوع هدفمند به تعداد 30 نفر در دو گروه برابر آزمایش و کنترل استفاده گردید. برای دستیابی به نتایج پژوهش از پرسشنامه 21 سوال افسردگی بک و پرسشنامه 57 سوالی اسپیلبرگر استفاده شد و مداخله شامل خنده درمانی 3 بار در هفته به مدت 30 دقیقه طی 12 هفته در طی ساعات روز توسط زنان افسرده قبل و بعد از مرحله تکمیل گردید. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس گویای این بود که خنده درمانی منجر به کاهش افسردگی در بین زنان سرپرست خانوار شد و به صورت معناداری علائم کلی افسردگی آنان از جمله بدخلقی، بدبینی، احساس شکست، احساس از دست دادن حس لذت، احساس گناه، احساس تنبیه شدن، خودانتقادی، افکار خودکشی، بی قراری و از دست دادن علاقه و بی ارزش بودن را کاهش داد. همچنین خنده درمانب سبب شد که زنان سرپرست خانوار احساس بهتری هم نسبت به خود و هم به دیگران داشته باشند و رفتارهای خشونت آمیز آنان به صورت معناداری کاهش یافت. لذا پیشنهاد می شود، خنده درمانی به عنوان یک مداخله مکمل و کم هزینه در برنامه های توانمندسازی و حمایت روانی زنان سرپرست خانوار از سوی سازمان بهزیستی که به افسردگی و خشونت مستمر مبتلا هستند، گنجانده شود.
