اثربخشی آموزش واقعیت درمانی مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب بر مهارتهای ارتباطی و وابستگی به فضای مجازی در نوجوانان دختر در دوران پساکرونا

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش واقعیت درمانی مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب بر مهارتهای ارتباطی و وابستگی به فضای مجازی در نوجوانان دختر در دوران پساکرونا بود. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون- پیگیری و گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمام دانش آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه اول منطقه ۱۱ شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۱-۱۴۰۰ بودند که از میان آنها 30 نفر به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در 2 گروه مداخله و گواه قرار گرفتند. شرکتکنندهها جهت پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری به پرسشنامه اعتیاد به اینترنت توسط یانگ (1998) و پرسشنامه مهارتهای بین فردی توسط فترو (۲۰۰۰) پاسخ دادند. در پژوهش حاضر آموزش واقعیت درمانی مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب در 12 جلسه 90 دقیقهای اجرا شد. جهت توصیف دادهها از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس با طرح اندازهگیری مکرر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد واقعیت درمانی مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب در گروه مداخله موجب افزایش مهارتهای ارتباطی نسبت به گروه گواه شد (004/0=P). واقعیت درمانی مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب در گروه مداخله موجب کاهش وابستگی به فضای مجازی نسبت به گروه گواه شد (041/0=P). نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد آموزش واقعیت درمانی مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب موجب بهبود مهارتهای ارتباطی و کاهش وابستگی به فضای مجازی نوجوانان دختر در دوران پساکرونا شد. براساس این نتایج برگزاری جلسات آموزش واقعیت درمانی مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب برای دختران نوجوان در مدارس پیشنهاد میشود.
