تدوین و اعتباریابی شاخصها و چکلیست نظارت بر درسپژوهی در دوره ابتدایی

هدف پژوهش تدوین و اعتباریابی شاخصها و چکلیست نظارت بر فرآیند درسپژوهی در دوره ابتدایی بهمنظور ارتقای کیفیت نظارت آموزشی و توسعه حرفهای معلمان بود. پژوهش با روش آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی متوالی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، منابع پژوهشی، اسناد بالادستی و ۱۲۴ فیلم تدریس منتخب از جشنواره درسپژوهی طی چهار سال تحصیلی تحلیل محتوای استقرایی گردید و شاخصهای اولیه شناسایی شد. سپس در بخش کمی، اعتبار شاخصها از طریق پرسشنامه ۸ سؤالی محققساخته با مقیاس لیکرت و جامعه آماری ۳۴ نفر از متخصصان و مدرسان دروس ابتدایی سنجیده شد. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل توصیفی و آزمون تی تکنمونهای در نرمافزار SPSS نسخه ۲۶ تحلیل شدند. یافتههای کیفی منجر به شناسایی پنج مرحله اساسی درسپژوهی شامل درگیری (شناختی، عاطفی، رفتاری)، تعامل (یادگیرنده با معلم، محتوا و همسالان)، پشتیبانی (فرهنگی، اجتماعی، آموزشی)، ارزشیابی (دانشی و توانشی) و بازخورد (اصلاحی و انگیزشی) شد. در مرحله کمی، میانگین اعتبار درونی شاخصها بین ۴.۰۶ تا ۴.۳۸ بهدست آمد که با مقدار تی (t=24.56, p<0.001) از لحاظ آماری معنادار بود. بنابراین شاخصها و چکلیست طراحیشده از اعتبار درونی و محتوایی مطلوبی برخوردار است. نتایج نشان داد که شاخصها و چکلیست تدوینشده میتواند بهعنوان ابزاری معتبر برای ارزیابی و نظارت بر فرایند درسپژوهی در دوره ابتدایی به کار رود. این ابزار با تمرکز بر ابعاد پنجگانه درگیری، تعامل، پشتیبانی، ارزشیابی و بازخورد، امکان سنجش دقیقتر کیفیت تدریس و تعاملات آموزشی را فراهم کرده و در بهبود برنامههای توسعه حرفهای معلمان نقش مؤثری دارد.
