تاثیر حمایت اجتماعی و حس انسجام با نقش واسطهای خود شفقت ورزی بر امید به زندگی در بیماران سندروم متابولیک

هدف پژوهش حاضر تاثیر حمایت اجتماعی و حس انسجام با نقش واسطهای خود شفقت ورزی با امید به زندگی در بیماران سندروم متابولیک بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی با مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه بیماران مبتلا به سندرم متابولیک شهر کاشان در سال 1401 بودند که از بین آنها، 60 بیمار مبتلا به سندرم متابولیک مراجعه کننده به پزشکان داخلی شهر کاشان به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامههای شفقت ورزی ریس و همکاران (2011)، حس انسجام آنتونووسکی (1987) و امید به زندگی اسنایدر و همکاران(2007)، مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی زیمت و همکارانش (۱۹۸۸) پاسخ دادند. دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 22 و pls و با استفاده از آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد حمایت اجتماعی و حس انسجام بر امید به زندگی تاثیر مثبت و معنادار داشتند. شفقتورزی به خود در رابطه بین حمایت اجتماعی با امید به زندگی در بیماران سندرم متابولیک نقش میانجی داشت. همچنین شفقت ورزی به خود در رابطه بین حس انسجام با امید به زندگی در بیماران سندرم متابولیک نقش میانجی داشت. بنابراین شفقت ورزی، حمایت اجتماعی و حس انسجام نقش مهمی در امید به زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سندرم متابولیک بازی میکنند. در تدوین برنامههای درمانی برای این بیماران بهتر است عوامل شفقت ورزی، حمایت اجتماعی و حس انسجام مورد توجه قرار گیرند.
