Artificial intelligence increasingly plays a key role in the field of mental health and stress management. Through innovative mechanisms, this technology has fundamentally transformed traditional approaches at both the prevention and treatment levels. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of artificial intelligence on psychological well-being and stress reduction: analyzing the effectiveness of modern technology in improving mental health. This research follows a descriptive-correlational design and was conducted as a cross-sectional study. The statistical population consisted of all first-year high school students in District 1 of Tehran, from which a sample of 100 students was selected using a multistage cluster sampling method. Data were collected using the Perceived Stress Scale by Cohen, Kamarck, and Mermelstein (1983), the Psychological Well-being Scale by Ryff (1989), and the Artificial Intelligence Questionnaire by Chen et al. (2022). Data analysis was conducted using Pearson correlation and multiple regression in SPSS-22 software. The results indicated that artificial intelligence has a direct and significant effect on psychological well-being and stress reduction. Artificial intelligence can have positive effects on various aspects of human life, particularly in the domains of psychological well-being and stress reduction. By providing innovative tools and solutions, this technology enables better emotion management, reduces psychological pressures, and improves quality of life.
