اثر بخشی آموزش ذهنآگاهی بر ادراک درد، عملکرد شناختی و بهزیستی ذهنی در بیماران مبتلا به میگرن

پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثر بخشی آموزش ذهنآگاهی بر ادراک درد، عملکرد شناختی و بهزیستی ذهنی در بیماران مبتلا به میگرن شهر تبریز انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروههای مجزا است. جامعه آماری، کلیه بیماران مبتلا به میگرن در شهر تبریز در چهار ماه اول سال 1403 بودند. جهت تعیین نمونه 30 نفر به صورت غیراحتمالی به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. جهت سنجش ادراک درد از پرسشنامه ﺗﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺩﺭﺩ ﻣﻚ ﮔﻴﻞ (SF-MPQ-2)، جهت سنجش عملکرد شناختی از پرسشنامه توانایی (عملکرد)شناختی نجاتی (1392) و جهت سنجش بهزیستی ذهنی از پرسشنامه کانتریل (1965) استفاده شد. قبل از اجرای مداخله از هر دو گروه پیشآزمون ادراک درد، عملکرد شناختی و بهزیستی ذهنی به عمل آمد. گروه آزمایش آموزش ذهنآگاهی ویلیامز (2002) را از طریق پروتکل آموزشی در 8 جلسه دریافت کرد و گروه کنترل هیچگونه مداخله آموزشی دریافت نکرد. پس از اجرای مداخله در مرحله پسآزمون، هر دو گروه مجددا ابزارهای مرحله پیشآزمون را پاسخ دادند. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد: آموزش ذهنآگاهی در خردهمقیاسهای ادراک درد، عملکرد شناختی و بهزیستی ذهنی در بیماران مبتلا به میگرن اثربخش بوده است (05/0>p). باتوجه به اثربخشی آموزش ذهنآگاهی در ادراک درد، عملکرد شناختی و بهزیستی ذهنی در بیماران مبتلا به میگرن؛ میتوان نتیجه گرفته که آموزش ذهن آگاهی در کنار درمان مولفههای فیزیولوژیک میتواند ادراک درد را کاهش داده و از این طریق عملکرد شناختی و بهزیستی ذهنی آنها را افزایش دهد.
