اثربخشی نوروفیدبک روی نشانگان PTSD و توجه پایدار

هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی نوروفیدبک بر کاهش نشانگان PTSD و بهبود توجه پایدار در افراد مبتلا به این اختلال بود. این مطالعه به روش کارآزمایی تصادفی کنترلشده (RCT) انجام شد. ۳۰ شرکتکننده ۱۸ تا ۲۵ ساله ساکن تهران که دارای نشانگان PTSD بودند، بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش (۱۵ نفر) و کنترل (۱۵ نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش ۱۵ جلسه نوروفیدبک دریافت کرد، درحالیکه گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. نشانگان PTSD با مقیاس PCL-5 و توجه پایدار با آزمون عملکرد پیوسته (CPT) در سه مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری پنجماهه ارزیابی شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر (ANOVA) و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در نرمافزار SPSS نسخه ۲۷ انجام شد. نتایج تحلیل واریانس نشان داد که اثر گروه (F(1, 54) = 23.34, p = 0.001, η² = 0.32) و اثر زمان (F(2, 54) = 48.02, p = 0.001, η² = 0.47) بر PTSD معنادار بود. همچنین، اثر گروه (F(1, 54) = 19.45, p = 0.002, η² = 0.29) و اثر زمان (F(2, 54) = 52.76, p = 0.001, η² = 0.49) بر توجه پایدار نیز معنادار بود. آزمون بونفرونی نشان داد که کاهش PTSD و افزایش توجه پایدار از پیشآزمون تا پسآزمون و پیگیری پنجماهه در گروه آزمایش معنادار بود (p < 0.001). نتایج این مطالعه نشان میدهد که نوروفیدبک میتواند یک روش مؤثر برای کاهش علائم PTSD و بهبود توجه پایدار باشد. با توجه به پایداری اثرات درمان در پیگیری پنجماهه، این روش میتواند بهعنوان یک مداخله درمانی بالقوه برای افراد مبتلا به PTSD مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
