تدوین مدل ارتباطی ذهن آگاهی با نشخوار فکری و تحمل پریشانی با نقش میانجی ایمنی هیجانی در نوجوانان دارای علائم افسردگی

هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل ارتباطی ذهن آگاهی با نشخوار فکری و تحمل پریشانی با نقش میانجی ایمنی هیجانی در نوجوانان دارای علائم افسردگی بود. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف از نوعِ پژوهشهای بنیادی و از لحاظ ماهیت و روشِ اجرا توصیفی-همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. روشِ نمونهگیری پژوهشِ حاضر، نمونهگیری در دسترس بود که طیِ آن پس از مراجعه به مراکز مشاوره و روان درمانی شهر اهواز 100 فرد دارای علائم افسردگی شناسایی و برای مشارکت در پژوهش انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامههای مربوطه را تکمیل نمودند. جمعآوری دادهها بر اساس پرسشنامههای تحمل پریشانی سیمونز و گاهر (2005)، نشخوار فکری موریسون و اوکانر (2008)، ذهن آگاهی براون و رایان (2003) و ایمنی هیجانی برونر (2008)، انجام گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی از روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر و از نرم افزار spss نسخه 26 و ایموس استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مدل پیشبینیکننده نشخوار فکری و تحمل پریشانی بر اساس ذهنآگاهی با میانجیگری ایمنی هیجانی در نوجوانان دارای علائم افسردگی از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است. بدینمعنی که در چهارچوب این مدل نشخوار فکری و تحمل پریشانی در در نوجوانان مبتلا به افسردگی در سطحی مطلوب و معنیدار با تکیه بر ذهنآگاهی قابل پیشبینی بوده و همچنین نقش میانجیگر ایمنی هیجانی در تعامل بین متغیرهای پیشبین و ملاک نیز در سطحی معنادار مورد تایید قرار گرفت.
