The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of immunization training against stress on academic hope, academic resilience, and academic emotions of second-year high school girl students in Hassan Abad city. The current research was semi-experimental and pre-test-post-test design with control group. The statistical population of this research consisted of all female students of the second secondary school in Hassan Abad city who were studying in the academic year of 2022-2023. From among the statistical population, 40 students were selected by cluster sampling from girls' schools, and then they were replaced by random sampling in two experimental (20 people) and control (20 people) groups. The experimental group was trained as a group during 8 90-minute sessions on immunization against stress. In order to collect data, Kharmai and Kameri's educational hope questionnaire (2016), Samuels' academic resilience scale (2004) and Pakran, Goets, Tiets and Perry's academic emotions questionnaire (2002) were used. The results were analyzed using multivariate covariance analysis.
Findings: The results showed that immunization training against stress is effective on students' hope for education, academic resilience and academic excitement (p<0.05). In other words, immunization training against stress has strengthened hope for education, reduced negative academic emotions, increased positive academic emotions and strengthened academic resilience in students.
Conclusion: According to the findings of this research, it can be said that one of the useful approaches to strengthen the hope of education, reduce negative academic emotions, increase positive emotions and strengthen academic resilience in students is immunization training against stress.
