بررسی تأثیر هوش مصنوعی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی و کاهش استرس: تحلیل تاثیر گذاری فناوری نوین بر بهبود سلامت روان

هوش مصنوعی به طور فزایندهای در حوزه سلامت روان و مدیریت استرس نقش کلیدی ایفا میکند. این فناوری از طریق مکانیسمهای نوین، هم در سطح پیشگیری و هم درمان، تحولی اساسی در رویکردهای سنتی ایجاد کرده است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر هوش مصنوعی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی و کاهش استرس: تحلیل تاثیر گذاری فناوری نوین بر بهبود سلامت روان می¬باشد. پژوهش حاضر با توجه به ماهیت توصیفی- همبستگی و از لحاظ زمان مقطعی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه اول منطقه 1 تهران بود که نمونه آماری به حجم 100 نفر با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری دادهها از مقیاس استرس ادراک شده کوهن، کمارک و مرملستین (1983)، مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1989) و پرسشنامة هوش مصنوعی چن و همکاران (2022) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه در نرم افزار Spss-22 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد هوش مصنوعی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی و کاهش استرس اثر مستقیم و معناداری بود. هوش مصنوعی میتواند تأثیرات مثبتی بر جنبههای مختلف زندگی انسان داشته باشد، به ویژه در حوزه بهزیستی روانشناختی و کاهش استرس. این فناوری با ارائه ابزارها و راهکارهای نوآورانه، امکان مدیریت بهتر احساسات، کاهش فشارهای روانی و بهبود کیفیت زندگی را فراهم میکند.
