تدوین و ارزیابی اثربخشی برنامه توانبخشی شناختی بر کفایت اجتماعی و مهارتهای تصمیم گیری نوجوانان تیزهوش مبتلا به اختلالات رفتاری برون نمود

این پژوهش با هدف تدوین و ارزیابی اثربخشی یک برنامه توانبخشی شناختی بر کفایت اجتماعی و سبکهای تصمیمگیری نوجوانان تیزهوش مبتلا به اختلالات رفتاری بروننمود انجام شده است. مطالعه حاضر به روش نیمهآزمایشی و با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل نوجوانان تیزهوش مبتلا به اختلالات رفتاری بروننمود در بازه سنی ۱۲ تا ۱۸ سال بود که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه کفایت اجتماعی فلنر (۱۹۹۰) و پرسشنامه سبکهای تصمیمگیری اسکات و بروس (۱۹۹۵) بود. گروه آزمایش در یک برنامه توانبخشی شناختی ساختاریافته شرکت کرد، درحالیکه گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره (MANCOVA) و تکمتغیره (ANOVA) تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که برنامه توانبخشی شناختی بهطور معناداری موجب افزایش کفایت اجتماعی و تقویت سبکهای تصمیمگیری منطقی و شهودی در گروه آزمایش شده است. همچنین، کاهش وابستگی به سبکهای تصمیمگیری اجتنابی و آنی در این گروه مشاهده شد. در مقابل، گروه کنترل تغییر معناداری در این متغیرها نشان نداد. برنامه توانبخشی شناختی میتواند بهعنوان یک رویکرد مؤثر برای بهبود کفایت اجتماعی و تصمیمگیری در نوجوانان تیزهوش مبتلا به اختلالات رفتاری بروننمود مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. یافتههای پژوهش بر اهمیت بهکارگیری مداخلات شناختی در بهبود مهارتهای اجتماعی و تصمیمگیری این گروه تأکید دارد و پیشنهاد میشود این برنامه در محیطهای آموزشی و مشاورهای برای نوجوانان دارای مشکلات مشابه به کار گرفته شود.
