مدل پیشبینی تمایل به رفتار جامعهپسند بر اساس تجربه هیجانی حیرت با نقش میانجی جمعگرایی فرهنگی در بزرگسالان تهرانی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین و آزمون مدل پیشبینی تمایل به رفتار جامعهپسند بر اساس تجربه هیجانی حیرت با نقش میانجی جمعگرایی فرهنگی در بزرگسالان شهر تهران انجام شد. این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی، مقطعی و کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری شامل زنان و مردان 18 تا 50 سال ساکن شهر تهران بود. در مرحله اولیه 377 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند که پس از حذف پرسشنامههای ناقص، دادههای 300 نفر وارد تحلیل نهایی شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه شخصیت جامعهپسند پنر، خردهمقیاس حیرت از مقیاس احساسات مثبت تمایلی و نسخه کوتاه مقیاس فردگرایی و جمعگرایی افقی و عمودی بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS و LISREL استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تجربه هیجانی حیرت با رفتار جامعهپسند رابطه مثبت و معناداری داشت (r = 0.478, p < 0.01) و جمعگرایی فرهنگی نیز با رفتار جامعهپسند رابطه مثبت و معنادار نشان داد (r = 0.328, p < 0.01). در مدل ساختاری، تجربه هیجانی حیرت اثر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری بر رفتار جامعهپسند داشت (β = 0.51, t = 7.46, p < 0.001). همچنین، تجربه هیجانی حیرت جمعگرایی فرهنگی را به طور مثبت پیشبینی کرد (β = 0.21, t = 3.13, p < 0.01) و جمعگرایی فرهنگی نیز اثر مثبت و معناداری بر رفتار جامعهپسند داشت (β = 0.15, t = 2.46, p < 0.05). اثر غیرمستقیم حیرت بر رفتار جامعهپسند از طریق جمعگرایی فرهنگی معنادار بود (Z = 2.151, p = 0.031). شاخصهای برازش مدل نیز مطلوب بودند (χ²/df = 1.93, RMSEA = 0.056, CFI = 0.97). تجربه هیجانی حیرت میتواند به صورت مستقیم و نیز به واسطه تقویت جمعگرایی فرهنگی، تمایل به رفتار جامعهپسند را افزایش دهد؛ بنابراین، جمعگرایی فرهنگی در این رابطه نقش میانجی جزئی ایفا میکند.
